Anaphase is the third stage of Mitosis where the diploid sets the daughter chromosomes apart. They are pushed and pulled toward opposite poles by the spindle fibres.
Telophase
Telophase is technically the final stage of mitosis. During this phase, the sister chromatids reach opposite poles. The small nuclear vesicles in the cell begin to re-form around the group of chromosomes at each end.
